Students seeking admission to LKG should have completed 3½ years of age as on 30th April of the year of admission. The corresponding age requirement will apply for admissions to higher classes.
Admissions to other classes will be granted subject to availability of vacancies in the respective classes.
Application forms for new admissions can be obtained from the School Office at the respective branches on payment of Rs.100/-.
The duly filled application form must be submitted at the School Office of the respective branch along with Xerox copies of the following documents:
Students seeking admission to Classes VI to IX must appear for an Eligibility Test conducted by the school.
Application forms for Class XI admission will be issued only at the following address: 16 & 17, Ganapathy Street, Chennai - 600005
The admission process will be similar to that followed for Classes VI to IX.

Students seeking Admission to Class XI in our school are eligible for 50% fee concession only on the tuition fee if they have secured 90% marks in Class X Board examination.
Students of Class XII are eligible for 50% fee concession (only on the tuition fee) if they secure 75% in the consolidated aggregate of the marks scored in all the three terms in Class XI.
Students seeking Admission in Class VI from SJNS Nursery and Primary school branches are exempted from the application and admission fee.
